Refills & Scheduling

Set the plan once. Refills run themselves.

Scheduled orders, automatic refills and dose titrations fire on time, with provider oversight built in. Patients stay on therapy, and your team stops working from reminder spreadsheets.

What you get

Everything in Refills & Scheduling

  • Scheduled orders

Queue any order for a future date and time. It sends itself and shows up in the chart.

  • Automatic refills

Refills fire on cadence, with or without a passing check-in, depending on your protocol.

  • Dose titrations

Build the step-up schedule once. Each refill ships the right strength at the right time.

  • Provider oversight

Every automated order is attributed, reviewable and pausable. Nothing ships without a signed plan.

  • Missed-reorder alerts

See patients who are due, overdue or about to lapse before their therapy is interrupted.

  • Ship to patient or practice

Set the destination per plan. In-office administration and direct-to-patient both work.

Titration

Step-up schedules that never miss a step.

Encode the titration once: 0.25 mg for four weeks, then 0.5 mg, then 1 mg. Refill ships each strength on schedule and flags any step that needs a provider's eyes.

  • Multi-step schedules per medication
  • Hold or adjust a step from the chart
  • Patients are notified before each change

How it works

A treatment plan on autopilot

  1. 01

    Build the plan

Medication, titration steps, cadence and check-in requirements, all signed by the provider.

  2. 02

    The check-in gates the refill

The patient answers a short check-in before each cycle. Flags pause for review.

  3. 03

    The refill fires

The order routes to the pharmacy and the patient's card is charged in the same step.

  4. 04

    Repeat until the plan ends

Each cycle is logged. Change a dose or pause the plan at any time.

Retention

Fewer lapses, steadier therapy.

Automatic refills tied to subscriptions mean patients don't fall off between visits. The analytics show exactly who is due and who is at risk.

  • Due and overdue lists
  • Lapsed-patient recovery
  • Renewal requires check-in when you want it to

FAQ

Refills & Scheduling, answered.

Can't find what you need?

Do automatic refills still involve a provider?

Yes. Every automated order comes from a provider-signed treatment plan. You decide per protocol whether refills auto-approve after a clean check-in or wait for review.

Can I schedule a one-off order for later?

Yes. Any order can be scheduled for a specific date, time and timezone. Until it sends, it stays visible and editable in the chart.

What happens if a patient's card fails?

The refill holds, the patient gets a branded email to update their card, and your team sees the failed payment in billing. Once the card updates, the refill continues.
